Testimonials from our clients:

“From start to finish, working with Josh was one of the best decisions we made. From our very first meeting, I was impressed by his extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Even after that initial meeting, I knew I wanted to work with him, but I waited to review his proposal before making a final decision. It exceeded every expectation. It was incredibly thorough, with every potential scenario carefully considered and realistically estimated, allowing us to confidently plan and budget for our renovation. We signed with Josh immediately.

What was once our tiny beach bungalow has been transformed into a beautiful, functional, high-end beach cottage. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and executed with exceptional care andquality. Josh takes tremendous pride in his work, and it shows in every corner of the finished home.

Working with Josh and his team was an absolute pleasure. They were professional, knowledgeable, and proactive, handling every challenge that arose with confidence and ease.

Since we live up north, we weren’t able to visit the property often during construction, but we never worried. Josh kept us informed every step of the way with frequent updates, photos, and daily progress reports, giving us complete peace of mind.

From demolition to the final landscaping, Josh guided us through every phase of the project. His communication, organization, and dedication made what could have been a stressful renovation an enjoyable experience.

We are incredibly grateful to Josh and his entire team for bringing our dream beach cottage to life. If you’re looking for a builder who is honest, talented, meticulous, and truly invested in the success of your project, look no further. We couldn’t recommend Josh more highly.” (VC, Google Business Profile Review)

“Josh and his crew’s work ethic and attention to detail is certainly 5-star. The transformation of our 100+ year-old built basement to a brand-new family gathering room (with powder room and bar) was truly remarkable. It was the equivalent of putting an addition on our home. I also appreciated Josh’s full ongoing disclosures reflecting pricing. As surprises are never welcome. Simply put he is honest and trustworthy. All change orders were timely and accurate. (changes initiated by us) Calendar invitations were sent for every day they were working in our home. “Josh and his team have now completed 2 huge renovations at our house and we couldn’t be happier with their work. He built a new master bath and completely redid a wrap around front porch. Josh is up-front, honest and transparent about costs, meticulous about details and easy to communicate with. His team is polite, respectful and very clean. We are thrilled with his work and highly recommend him!” (JG, Google Business Profile Review)

“We couldn’t be happier with the incredible transformation of our old fireplace, all thanks to Josh and his team! From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were truly outstanding.

They replaced our outdated fireplace with a stunning modern design that instantly elevated the entire room. The white marble tile they installed is absolutely beautiful — clean, elegant, and perfectly laid. The dark wood mantle they custom-built adds warmth and richness, providing the perfect contrast to the sleek marble. And the dark wood countertops they crafted to complement the mantle tie the whole space together with seamless sophistication.
Every element feels intentional and high-end. The quality of the work is impeccable — from the precision in tile placement to the flawless finish on the wood. The team was respectful of our home, communicated clearly, stuck to the timeline, and showed genuine pride in their work.
This wasn’t just a renovation — it was a transformation. Our living space now feels like something out of a design magazine. If you’re looking for a builder who delivers top-tier craftsmanship and truly cares about the finished product, look no further. We’re beyond thrilled and recommend Josh without hesitation!” (CS, Google Business Profile Review)
